By accessing or using liveslip.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of the service

liveslip.ai lets you upload images of golf bet slips and view live, per-leg charting that maps your picks to tournament results. The service is informational only. It is not betting advice, is not a sportsbook, and never places, modifies, or facilitates a wager. We do not handle bets, money for bets, or payouts.

3. Eligibility and age

You must be at least 21 years old and of legal age to use the service in your jurisdiction. By using liveslip.ai you represent that you meet these requirements. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, call 1-800-GAMBLER.

4. Acceptable use

• Use the service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to upload, or content that is unlawful or infringing.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its data.
• Do not misuse the service to harass, abuse, or harm others.

5. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data, including parsed slip data and live tournament information, which may be delayed or incorrect. Nothing in the service is betting, financial, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, liveslip.ai and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Intellectual property

The service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your uploaded content), is owned by liveslip.ai and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the bet-slip images you upload and grant us a limited license to process and display them to provide the service to you.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service or its users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
